Stoughton Health partnered with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve to host a Toys for Tots Campaign collecting new, unwrapped toys at the Community Health & Wellness Center on the corner of Highways 51 and B, and in the hospital lobby. The community and Stoughton Health employees generously contributed to the toy drive with over nine boxes of toys.
Dan DeGroot Stoughton Health President & CEO shares, “during the COVID-19 pandemic the community has been tremendous in their support of our employees. I know our staff appreciates the opportunity to return the kindness and help Toys for Tots spread hope this holiday season.”
The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community. Through this gift of a new toy, they help bring the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to America’s less fortunate children, especially this year.
