Balance Class 3PM (Oregon)

March 18 through April 25, 2024
Mondays and Thursdays from 3:00 – 3:45 p.m.

Amber Wagner, Stoughton Hospital Physical Therapy Assistant, will lead this class for older adults who have balance problems or a fear of falling. Participants will improve balance, strength and reduce their risk of falling. Standing exercises will help participants stand tall and feel more confident when walking.
