QiGong “Moving Meditation”

An event every week that begins at 2:00 PM on Friday, repeating until October 29, 2021
QiGong (pronounced chee gung) is a form of gentle exercise or “moving meditation” that helps promote a strong supple body and a relaxed mind. QiGong is not a martial art and is easy to learn, moving in a way that feels right to each individual. No special equipment or clothing is needed and the practice can be done seated or standing.
This class is being taught by Jo Chern, Level 3 Certified QiGong instructor.
Program cost is $50 and is nonrefundable. There is no class on October 15th.
