Root Down, Rise Up: Finding our Feet for Standing Poses

Finding a steady base is often tricky when working to increase balance. Learn foot, ankle and leg strengthening tips as well as how to use your core to help in balancing on and off the mat. We will explore poses seated and standing. If balancing on one foot is challenging, please have a sturdy chair or a wall near you for support during this class.
