An event every week that begins at 8:30 AM on Monday and Thursday, repeating until August 12, 2021
The StrongWomen Program is a national community-based exercise program targeted to midlife and older women. This eight week class helps women maintain muscle mass, strength and function.
The program is on Mondays and Thursdays, 8:30-9:30 a.m. from June 21st to August 12th (There is no class on July 5th)
