The StrongWomen Program is a national community-based exercise program targeted to midlife and older women. This eight week class helps women maintain muscle mass, strength and function. The program is on Mondays and Thursdays, 8:30-9:30 a.m. from June 21st to August 12th (There is no class on July 5th) To register, please scroll down to “Tickets”, enter the number of attendees and then click “Get Tickets.” You can enter “1” for you or more if other people are joining you.
