What is Reiki/Energy Healing?

In this class, Amy Crull, a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, will share what Reiki is, how it came about, what happens in a session, and the benefits. Reiki is different from other healing modalities in that it treats the entire physical body, mind, emotional body, and spirit. Reiki gets to the root of whatever issue you are having, whether it be anxiety, physical pain, trauma, illness, depression, or hormonal imbalances (to name a few) – and harmonizes the body’s energy through the chakra system.
