DESCRIPTION:Mondays\nSeptember: 14\, 21\, and 28\nOctober: 5\, 12\, and 26\n2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. \nIn this FREE workshop*\, you’ll learn more about your condition as well as support others and gain new tools to take better care of yourself. \nAdults with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes learn skills that will increase their confidence in managing this condition. \nThis workshop is intended to complement current treatment plans.
