DESCRIPTION:June 8 – July 1\nMonday and Wednesday \n11:00 a.m. – noon \nMove with confidence and connection in our Movement and Dance for Parkinson’s class. This welcoming class is designed for all mobility levels and includes a gentle warm-up\, creative movement\, rhythm\, storytelling\, and easy dance steps. It helps support balance\, coordination\, and thinking skills. Based on physical therapy principles and research\, dance has been shown to improve walking\, mobility\, and quality of life for people with Parkinson’s.
