Stoughton Health, located 15 minutes south of Madison has an excellent employment opportunity available for someone who would like to become certified as a Sleep Lab Technologist. Stoughton Health will employ and train you during the course of your studies. We will also completely cover the cost of your school/training!
During the course of the internship you will learn how to perform polysomnograms and other sleep disorder tests. You will also be responsible for attaching electrodes and monitoring patients who are participating in a sleep study. Studies are performed over nights, and work shifts are most commonly 7pm-7am.
Qualifications include: High school graduate or equivalent. Prefer someone with previous healthcare experience but not necessary. The position does require a two year commitment to Stoughton Health upon successfully completing the program and receiving certification.
*Full-time, Nights, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m., 72 hours bi-weekly. No weekends or holidays!
