Classes include standing\, chair\, and floor exercises designed to enhance stability\, mobility\, and overall well-being. \nAbility Level: Participants should be comfortable standing\, moving to the floor\, and getting up and down from a chair. \nOur class instructor\, Marie\, is an ACSM-certified Exercise Physiologist with 22+ years of helping adults and seniors move safely\, build strength\, and stay resilient. Born in Puerto Rico\, Marie enjoys running with her dogs and tending to her orchids. \nThis class is full.
