A virtual visit is just $25. Visits are available to everyone. Please note insurance is not accepted.

How it Works
- Fill out our short online form with your contact information and symptoms.
- Stoughton Health Registration will call you to register you for your virtual visit. Payment by credit card is due at this time.
- You will receive an email with the link for your virtual visit.
- When you click on the link you will go to the Stoughton Health Doxy.me virtual waiting room.
- You will be seen by one of our trusted Stoughton Health providers who will provide you with a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Who Can be Seen?
Virtual visits are open to anyone. Parents or legal guardians must register anyone under 18 years old.
Diagnosis and Treatment
During your Virtual Visit, your Stoughton Health provider will review your symptoms, make a diagnosis and develop your treatment plan.
We do our best to treat you online, but not every condition can be treated via Virtual Visit. If your health concern cannot be addressed through a Virtual Visit, you may be directed to one of our Urgent Care Clinics for care.
How can I get my prescription filled?
Your Stoughton Health provider will send the prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.
Note About Prescriptions
Stoughton Health Virtual Visit providers are licensed and able to prescribe certain medications as part of your treatment plan. We do not provide prescriptions for pain medications or narcotics. Stoughton Health Virtual Visit is not an online pharmacy and we cannot fill prescriptions. You are responsible for the cost of any prescriptions, over-the-counter treatments, or follow-up visits you may need related to prescriptions.

You will be provided care from the same trusted Stoughton Health providers (Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant) you would see if you visited one of our Urgent Care Clinics.
That means, whether online or in person, you’ll receive the same high-quality care you’ve come to expect from Stoughton Health.

- Minor abrasion, burn, cut or wound

Who can use Virtual Visit?
Virtual visits are open to anyone. Parents or legal guardians must register anyone under 18 years old.
Hours and Timing
You can complete the online Virtual Visit form at any time. Virtual Visit hours of operation are Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm and Weekends 10am-8pm.
How soon after I complete the online form will someone from Stoughton Health registration call me?
Stoughton Health registration will call you during Virtual Visit hours of operation: Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm and Weekends 10am-8pm.
How long does a virtual visit take?
Each Stoughton Health Virtual Visit takes 30 minutes or less.
How soon will I receive my treatment plan?
Your treatment plan will be discussed as part of the visit and be available via SSM Health MyChart shortly after your visit. If you do not have a SSM Health MyChart account your treatment plan will be mailed to you.
Can I sign up for a SSM Health MyChart account?
Yes, anyone can sign up for a SSM Health MyChart account. Click here to start.
How do I receive my treatment plan?
Your treatment plan will be available in SSM Health MyChart or mailed to you if you do not have a SSM Health MyChart account.
Cost and Insurance
Virtual Visits are $25 – similar to an insurance co-pay. They are payable at the time of service by credit card.
Do you accept insurance for Virtual Visits?
At this time we do not accept insurance for Virtual Visits.
Do you take Medicare?
Medicare patients are welcome to use Virtual Visits; however, your virtual visit is not currently reimbursable.
Records and Security
Yes, your Virtual Visit is recorded in SSM Health MyChart. If your provider is with another health system, they can also see the visit by doing a query through Care Everywhere.
Is my personal information safe?
All the information you provide is encrypted and protected.
What technology do you use for the Virtual Visit?
