Memory Screenings

A memory screening is a simple and safe 15-minute brain health check-up that tests memory and other thinking skills. The screening helps indicate if someone is in need of a comprehensive medical evaluation. Early detection may improve one’s quality of life.
The memory screenings are full. Please call Stoughton Health Community Education at (608) 877-3498 to be added to the waiting list.
