Visiting Guidelines
Stoughton Health is pleased to be able to allow unlimited visiting hours and recognizes the value of visitors for patients receiving healthcare services and wishes to include them in the safest manner possible. Please note, an adult must accompany children under the age of 16.
Please do not visit if you are sick and remember to cover your cough and use hand sanitizer.

Visitation Rights
Visitation rights include the right to receive the visitors designated by the patient, including, but not limited to, a spouse, a domestic partner (including a same-sex domestic partner), another family member, or a friend; and may not use the race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability to deny visitation privileges. Patients also have the right to withdraw or deny such consent at any time.
