Learn the many benefits of using twists in your yoga practice. Gentle twists using props will help to find space in the body and release areas of congestion in your body.
This class is appropriate for all levels: Postures will utilize standing as well as seated and laying down on a yoga mat. Please have a yoga bolster or a firm pillow or cushion, a yoga strap or belt, scarf or towel, and a blanket or two available for this practice.
