Designed for the aging adult who wants to maintain strength and mobility, this class focuses on functional movement that supports everyday life. Led by a retired physical therapist, you’ll build strength, improve balance, and boost confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Each session builds gradually so you can progress comfortably and confidently at a pace that feels right for you.
