Poling in the Parks

September 15 to October 22 (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
11 a.m. – noon
Virgin Lake Park, 1901 Roby Road, Stoughton for the 1st, 3rd, and 5th week
Jaycee Park, 275 N Perry Parkway, Oregon for the 2nd, 4th, and 6th week

Outdoor 6-week walking class using activator poles in Stoughton and Oregon Parks.
Each participant must complete an assessment on the first day of class. Transportation is not provided to locations.

$60: Includes 6-week class fee and rental costs to use activator poles for the duration of the program. Participants can bring their own poles if they prefer.
$160: Includes 6-week class fee and personal activator poles to keep
