This class is being offered online and in person at Kula Yoga.
Learn the many benefits of using twists in your yoga practice. Gentle twists using props will help to find space in the body and release areas of congestion in your body. We will be standing, sitting on the floor (a chair can be used) and laying on our backs (seated options will be given).
If joining online – yoga blocks (or a sturdy hard-covered book or two), a yoga strap (a belt, necktie, or dish towel works), a blanket and a pillow will be useful.
