Stoughton Health offers access to timely, high-quality, cost-effective business health and wellness services.

Injury Management

Our Emergency Department offers 24-hour injury management and drug screening. For urgent care needs, Stoughton Hospital Urgent Care services are available from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. Stoughton Health also has Urgent Care Clinics in McFarland and Oregon.

Our team of emergency medicine/urgent care physicians and physician assistants understand the importance of an early return to work and exploring light-duty options.

Pre-Placement Health Assessments

These assessments determine an applicant’s ability to perform essential job functions. Assessments are coordinated by our business health & wellness nurse. The assessment may consist of a health history, lab tests, review of major health systems and other testing as requested by the employer.

Fitness for Duty Evaluations

Fitness for duty evaluations are performed by our occupational health nurse and if needed, the employee’s treating health care provider.

DOT and Non-DOT Drug Screenings

Drug screenings are available 24/7. We offer blood and breath alcohol testing. We are also a collection site for urine drug testing. When possible, urine specimens will be sent to the analyzing lab of your choice.

Respirator Medical Evaluations and Fit Testing

Evaluations and fit testing are offered using current American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards.

Vaccinations

We offer the following vaccinations:
• Influenza shot
• Influenza mist
• Hepatitis B (three-shot series)
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
• Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap)

Well-Being Program Overview

Our Well-Being Program includes a health risk assessment (HRA), screenings with instant
results, and coaching to provide the support your employees need to improve their well-being.
Health screenings are an important tool to assess the risk for chronic diseases such as
diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, and more.

Employers with more than 10 employees will receive aggregate reports from the HRA
and health screenings.
