Stoughton Health team members at the Go Red for Women event
Members of the Stoughton Health team attended the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women event held at the Monona Terrace in Madison, WI. The annual event brings together community leaders, healthcare professionals, and advocates to raise awareness about women’s heart health.
Stoughton Health’s Tina DeGroot, PhD, APNP, CNS, and Jonathan Milton, DNP, APNP, CNS, were featured presenters at the event. They led a session titled “The Heart to Heart Conversation: Questions Every Patient Should Ask,” providing attendees with valuable insights on how to take an active and informed role in their cardiovascular health.
