Wisconsin hospitals continue to rank among the nation’s best for patient experience. According to the latest Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Patient Survey Star Ratings, Wisconsin tied for the highest number of hospitals earning five-star patient experience ratings in the nation.
The ratings are based on patient feedback regarding communication, responsiveness, care transitions, and overall hospital experience. Wisconsin also ranked first nationally in nurse communication and discharge information, reflecting the state’s commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
