Stoughton Health Cardiology Clinic

Feb 16, 2026 | News & Notes, Your Health

February is American Heart Month, a nationwide effort to raise awareness about cardiovascular health and encourage proactive steps to reduce heart-related risks. It’s a fitting time to highlight the care available at the Stoughton Health Cardiology Clinic, where community members have access to advanced cardiology care close to home.

Located within the Stoughton Health Outpatient Center, the clinic offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic services to help identify heart concerns early and guide effective treatment. Patients have access to stress tests, echocardiograms, CT scans, heart monitors, nuclear cardiology studies, and electrophysiology testing, all performed using modern diagnostic technology to provide clear, reliable results.

Appointments are typically available within two weeks, ensuring timely evaluation when symptoms arise or when further testing is recommended. The Cardiology Clinic’s care team includes Michael Kreager, M.D., Ranga Sriram, M.D., Tina DeGroot, PhD, APRN, and Jonathan Milton, DNP, APNP, who work closely with each patient to deliver attentive, personalized cardiovascular care tailored to individual needs. Based on diagnostic findings, the team develops customized plans that may include lifestyle guidance, medications, or follow-up testing to support long-term heart health.

Stoughton Health also offers Cardiology Group Medical Visits, a six-week educational series that helps participants better understand heart and vascular disease while learning practical ways to reduce risk. Sessions explore nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management, providing tools that support sustainable, heart-healthy habits.
