Stoughton Health continues to be an independent community healthcare organization owned and operated by the Stoughton Hospital Association while also being an affiliate of SSM Health in Wisconsin.

As Stoughton Health we provide care at Stoughton Hospital, an acute care hospital, fully accredited by DNV Healthcare USA Inc and licensed by the State of Wisconsin.
