Directions to Stoughton Hospital and Outpatient Center

Stoughton is within an easy commute just 15 minutes south of Madison, 30 minutes north of Janesville. Stoughton Hospital (north building) and the Outpatient Center (south building) are located at 900 Ridge Street, just east of the downtown area, off of Church Street. The Outpatient Center is the first building when you turn onto Church Street, and the parking lot is on the right.

From Milwaukee:

Take I-94 west toward Madison about 66 miles. Take the CR-N exit (exit 244) toward Sun Prairie/Cottage Grove. Turn left onto CR-N and continue about 13 miles. Turn right onto US-51/CR-A /E Main St. Turn right onto Church St.

From Chicago:

Take I-90 west (portions are toll road) about 123 miles. Merge onto US-51 N via exit 156 toward Stoughton and continue about 6.8 miles. Turn right onto Church St.

From Madison:

Take US-151 S/John Nolen Dr. Continue to follow John Nolen Dr. Merge onto US-18 E/W Beltline Hwy/US-12 E and continue about 4.5 miles. Merge onto I-39 S/I-90 E via exit 267A toward Janesville/Chicago and continue about 5.5 miles. Take the CR-N exit (exit 147) toward Stoughton/Cottage Grove. Turn right onto CR-N. Turn right onto US-51 /CR-A /E Main St. Turn right onto Church St.
