Group Medical Visits (GMVs) bring together small groups with similar health goals or conditions. This 6-week program offers 90–120 minute sessions, providing more time for education and hands-on guidance. GMVs are usually covered by insurance, so your cost is often similar to an individual visit co-pay.
This six-week session is designed to help you take charge of your heart health. In these sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of heart and vascular disease and discover practical ways to reduce your risk. We’ll explore key lifestyle areas—nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mindfulness—and provide strategies for making positive, lasting changes. By adopting these habits, you can strengthen your heart, improve overall well-being, and enhance longevity.
Qualifying health problems: Heart disease, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, diabetes, cholesterol problems, and obesity.
