It’s Not Just Poses? Demystifying the 8-limb Yoga Path

This free class is held both online and in person at Kula Yoga.
You can do some yoga poses, now what? An introduction to the other 7/8ths of living a yogic life.
This class is appropriate for all levels: Postures will include sitting and standing on a yoga mat. Please have a yoga bolster or a firm pillow or cushion, a yoga strap or belt, scarf or towel, and a blanket or two available for this practice.
