Stoughton Health is proud to announce it has received the Silver Well-Workplace Award from the Wellness Alliance, a nationally recognized honor that celebrates excellence in workplace wellness.
The award is based on the Well-Workplace framework, which evaluates organizations on leadership support, team engagement, data-driven strategies, thoughtful planning, whole-person initiatives, supportive environments, and ongoing evaluation. Stoughton Health’s application highlighted its commitment to creating a culture where employee health and well-being are a priority.
