Texting, driving and slumping forward have become the way of life for most of us. Learn to use yoga postures to help counter and balance out the slump for pain and tension relief.
This class is appropriate for all levels: Postures will utilize standing as well as seated and laying down on a yoga mat. Please have a yoga bolster or a firm pillow or cushion, a yoga strap or belt, scarf or towel, and a blanket or two available for this practice.
