Stoughton Health employees gave back to the community by working with the Stoughton Area Senior Center to rake leaves for seniors. As part of Excellence Together, an employee-driven initiative to drive and sustain the culture of Stoughton Health, employees wanted to make a difference. Eight teams went out into the community to rake leaves for an afternoon.
“It was an uplifting activity for our staff, it felt good to give back to the community that does so much to support us. We had some laughs along the way and the residents really appreciated our help,” shared Mary Hermes, Stoughton Health’s Director of Engagement and Experience.
