This honor is based entirely on feedback from colleagues, gathered through a third-party survey conducted by Energage, LLC, a leading employee engagement technology partner. The anonymous survey measures 15 key culture drivers that are essential for organizational success, including alignment, execution, and connection.
In addition to being named a Top Workplace, Stoughton Health also earned the “Organizational Direction” award.
