This free class is being offered online and in person at Kula Yoga.
The hips are a complex area of the body and they tend to hold a lot of tension. Learn to balance strengthening, stretching and stabilizing to support your hips, pelvis and back. We will stand, sit on the ground and lay down (a chair can be substituted) in this class.
