“The attitude of gratitude is the highest yoga” – Yogi Bhajan
It is often easier to get caught up in things that go wrong than in things that go right and to focus on what is lacking rather than what we have, but through the practice of gratitude we can teach our brains to start thinking in more positive patterns. Join Becky, the owner of Kula Yoga & Wellness, as she guides you through a gentle yoga sequence to find space in the body, and in the mind. Body-opening yoga postures, guided gratitude meditation and mudras (hand postures) will be taught.
This class is appropriate for all levels: Postures will utilize standing as well as seated and laying down on a yoga mat.
Please have a yoga bolster or a firm pillow or cushion, a yoga strap or belt, scarf or towel, and a blanket or two available for this practice.
To register please visit www.flywithkula.com. Be sure to choose the format you prefer, In-Person or Livestream. In-person space at Kula Yoga is limited so please register early. A Zoom link will be emailed to you 15 (not 30) minutes before class starts.
