Holidays can be full of fun and cheer but can also leave us feeling stressed and over-extended. Take some time to reconnect your mind, body, and breathe with our gentle, restorative and grounding yoga practice. Please bring the following to class: a yoga bolster or firm pillow, a yoga strap or belt, yoga mat, towel, water, and blanket.
