“Get Grounded for the Holidays” All Levels, Free Yoga Class!

November 13 @ 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Offered In Person and Online

Holidays can be full of fun and cheer but can also leave us feeling stressed and over-extended. Take some time to reconnect your mind, body, and breathe with our gentle, restorative and grounding yoga practice. Please bring the following to class: a yoga bolster or firm pillow, a yoga strap or belt, yoga mat, towel, water, and blanket.

This free class is in partnership with Kula Yoga & Wellness and is offered both online and in person at Kula Yoga.* To register, visit then click on “Daily Schedule” and scroll to November 13.
