This class is an introduction to Centric 6™, the correct sequence of six steps which activate your main breathing structures. Participants lie on a mat which is provided, but you can also learn it sitting on a chair which will be available. Powerful abdominals and core coordination, which you get from proper breathing, will improve digestion, reduce incontinence, flatten your belly, and increase stamina and endurance in all your sports and life activities. Refine your breathing to achieve your best self and live well in your body.
